Payment, invoices and taxes are handled by our reseller Paddle. If a plan gets smaller, projects, URLs and agents stay; the shorter retention applies to logs, traces and replays.

Can I use inping for free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no payment details: 1 project, 2 agents and 1 own runner.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Projects, URLs and agents stay and keep running. Logs, traces and replays then follow the shorter retention of the new plan, and older ones are deleted. You can only create new items once the plan fits again.
Who issues the invoice?
Payment, invoicing and taxes are handled by our reseller Paddle. Prices are before VAT.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. With yearly payment, two months are free. You can change plans at any time, and Paddle settles the difference.
